Saturday morning. For some reason, we went to sleep around 9:30 last night, so were up early this morning. Like 4:00 early. I stayed up but Wendy went back to sleep. I read some more from my "Bass Guitar for Dummies" book before nodding off again. I woke up about 8:15 (but there was no clock next to the bed so I didn't know the time) and went to get dressed, knowing that the DirecTV guy was supposed to come early this morning. Wendy was already up. I saw the time and went downstairs to get some pants and noticed the installer was already here, waiting on the front porch! Oops! Apparently he rang the doorbell, but I didn't hear it and Wendy assumed I had.
Anyway, he came in and hooked everything up for our new DirecTV DVR w/TiVo system! Woohoo!
It's a few hours later now and I've played around with the system a little to setup some wishlists and season passes, but it's time for some lunch (and football!).
We'll see soon how it works with the football games. :-)

Um. A new year has arrived and although I don't do resolutions, keeping up with my blog would be a good thing to do. :-)
